From the Condor site:

Past Present Future goes behind the scenes through interviews, essays and photo stories with close friends, riders and the famous names that have ridden the bikes over Condor’s sixty-five year history. Condor partnered with the makers of The Ride Journal for the project, named Past Present Future, and features a mix of portraits and studio and lifestyle photography by a range of contributors. It talks of how Condor first started making single speeds for couriers in the early nineties, the inception of the Rapha Condor Sharp team, why the roots of Condor are within British racing, and why through the years steel has always remained in the range.

My first Sportive

Suzie

Well the old bike got stolen, so it seemed like time I got a proper road race bike.

The lovely folks at Condor helped me customize and then built my perfect bike using the Squadra 2010 frame I had been looking at every day for the last year. Campagnolo Centaur Carbon groupset, Mavic Ksyrium Equipe wheels, Fizik Arione Versus saddle, Deda stem and bars, Conti Grand Prix 4000 tyres.

So welcome Suzie, will be a pleasure.

Steam Train

Nice to see a steam train in Barnes. Stopped at the crossing whilst cycling to Richmond Park.

Open Pro is the latest version of Mavic “Open” rims, and as such is the most advanced evolution. Optimised up to the limit of material potential, Open Pro is probably the best road rim available.

More

From the Rapha site:

The Long Sleeve Shirt is made from a classic gingham check fabric that has been beautifully tailored for a high-quality finish. The fabric has great stretch to guarantee an ergonomic fit on the bike and is also breathable, wicking moisture superbly.

The shirthas a structured shape and side panels maintain a smart fit. Performance features include displaced shoulder seams to avoid bag straps rubbing and a covered front panel to protect the buttons from wear and tear.

Rapha’s characteristic attention to detail includes top stitching on both collar and cuffs and a white lining of the underside of the collar. Hidden buttons hold the collar in place and the buttons are stamped with Rapha logotype. Buttonholes are finished with a contrast trim and the shirt has classic double-button cuffs.

The shirt has a single button pocket on the back, ideal for carrying bank cards, a phone or keys.

Rapha Large Fixed backpack

Large Fixed Backpack

FROM RAPHA SITE:

Following the success of the acclaimed Rapha Fixed Backpack comes its larger counterpart. Continuing with the same robust fabrics and ergonomic design, the pack has greater capacity and additional features that make it ideal for commuting and touring, whether it be a hard slog through the rain to the office or a week’s randonee in the Alps.

The pack’s black exterior has, like its smaller relative, a central panel of reflective pin-dots to aid visibility at night. A tough, waterproof fabric and waterproof zips keep contents dry and safe. Light loops are positioned on the straps and back panel. The spine-configuration padding allows the bag to hug the rider’s back comfortably and effectively for movement on the bike. The pack has two pockets on the front and a new inner pocket configuration.

The inside of the pack is fully lined with a padded laptop sleeve that will take a MacBook Pro or 15” equivalent. There is also a tricot-lined sunglasses pocket, tool pocket and pump retention straps. Also featured is an expandable 5 litre capacity rear-compartment for shoes or a change of clothes. There are 2 front pockets and a new inner pocket layout with pen and pencil holders. As well as a chest strap there is an additional waist-strap to give extra stability when climbing or when the pack is fully loaded.

Tough cordura with pin-dot reflective panels.
